Maryland Handgun Qualification License, HQL 4 Hours

This 4 hour course satisfies the requirements of the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL). Our focus it to enhance your knowledge of how a handgun functions and how to use it safely.

Basic Safety Rules
Firearm Types and Actions
Ammunition Function and Selection
Malfunctions and Stoppage Drills

While this course meets the training requirements that allow for the purchase of a firearm, we strongly recommend you consider a more in-depth training experience. Deposit due at time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a single future registration within 12 months if rescheduled up to 48 hours before class.
